Hot Wheels Unleashed: Post-Launch-Content

Mattel Inc. and Milestone today present their post-launch plans for Hot Wheels Unlocked. Three Hot Wheel Passports Share Special DLC content that includes both Hot Wheels originals, as well as other well-known brands, for example Barbie, DC, Masters of the Universe, Street Fighter, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and OEMs like Aston Martin, BMW and McLaren and many more.

Free and Premium DLCs are published at regular intervals and include vehicles, route modules, adaptation items and exclusive expansion sets, including other environments. In addition, there will be whole racing saisons, temporally limited challenges with new vehicles and special rewards.

Hot Wheels Pass Vol. 1 will be available with the publication and contains ten well-known brands, including Barbie, DC, Street Fighter and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In addition, three customization packs and three modules for route construction are included in the first expansion pass. DC even donates a Batman DLC extension. Details of the Hot Wheels - Batman Expansion and the Hot Wheels Passes Vol. 2 and Vol. 3 will be announced at a later date.

Hot Wheels Unleashed holds 66 vehicles for publication, many of them with cult status, for example the Batmobile of DC, the Party Wagon of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Snoopy of Peanuts, K.I.T.T. of NBCS Knight Rider and the Time Machine of Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainments Back to the Future.

Hot Wheels Unleashed will be released on September 30 in PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | SX Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Digital for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
